This role is responsible for managing the Classic, Vehicle Accessories, and Lifestyle (PLX & Timepieces) product portfolio across product management, pricing, marketing, training, and business planning. Working closely with Porsche AG, dealers, and cross-functional teams, the role ensures successful product launches, drives commercial performance, and delivers an exceptional Porsche ownership experience in the Taiwan market.
Job Description
Product Management | Porsche Classic, Vehicle Accessories, Lifestyle, Timepieces
• Develop and maintain the annual product roadmap in alignment with the company's strategy and market requirements.
• Coordinate with Porsche AG to support the introduction of market-specific products in Taiwan.
• Support the development and implementation of wireless charging equipment offers.
• Coordinate homologation, certification and testing activities with the relevant departments.
• Maintain product inventory records and coordinate product movements and logistics to support launches, displays, training and events.
Pricing Management | Porsche Classic, Vehicle Accessories, Lifestyle, Timepieces
• Monitor market developments and competitor pricing to maintain premium positioning and market competitiveness.
• Manage pricing across all product categories, including pricing processes, regular price setting and the development of tactical pricing proposals to support specific business needs.
Product Training | Classic, Vehicle Accessories, Lifestyle, Timepieces
• Define and run qualification & training for Classic, Vehicle Accessories and Lifestyle business incl. product introduction, product display etc.
• Assist Retail/ Marketing Team with product display for new retail formats.
Marketing | Classic, Vehicle Accessories, Lifestyle, Timepieces
• Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans for Classic, Vehicle Accessories, Porsche Lifestyle and Timepieces, including go-to-market strategies for new product launches, in alignment with the wider PTW marketing plan and in support of dealer activation.
• Support MAL budget planning and administration, including expenditure tracking, forecast updates, invoice processing and Concur submissions.
Planning & Steering | Porsche Lifestyle and Timepieces
• Lead the annual strategic planning & Dealer target setting.
• Steer and support the business, including annual planning and monthly forecasting.
• Monitor sales performance and inventory health, and develop, implement and track appropriate action plans to address slow-moving and ageing stock.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to review performance and agree on future action plans.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related degree
• At least 3 years relevant professional experience, preferably within the automotive, luxury goods or premium retail sectors.
• Experience in automotive industry, product management or similar job positions
• Fluent English and Traditional Chinese/ Mandarin
• High levels of Integrity and Compliance, proactive attitude, high level of decisiveness, high degree of self-motivation, strong ability to drive implementation and innovative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & SAP ERP
• Creative and innovative, with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
