Responsibilities
1. Responsible for import and export compliance in China and Southeast Asia to ensure compliance with customs regulations and policies 2. Domestic compliance management: master Shenzhen customs regulations, monitor policy changes and formulate compliance strategies organize compliance training, manage compliance reviews and risk assessments, and maintain compliance documents handle customs inspections to ensure import and export business compliance 3. Export tax rebate and bonded management: optimize the general trade export tax rebate process and improve tax rebate efficiency be responsible for the import and export of bonded materials and bonded warehouse operations to ensure compliance 4. Southeast Asia import compliance: ensure that imported products comply with regulations, understand the local import and tax payment process, and have successful AEO application experience understand the Malaysian bank guarantee and Indonesian LS application process 5. Customs communication and policy acquisition: monitor the import and export regulations of Southeast Asian countries and maintain cooperation with customs provide successful cases of customs communication and optimize the customs clearance process 6. Cross-department collaboration: Link procurement, finance, supply chain and other departments to ensure smooth import and export.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in international trade, logistics, customs management, etc. is preferred 2. Many years of experience in import and export compliance or customs affairs 3. Proficient in domestic and Southeast Asian customs regulations, with direct communication experience 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to deal with complex customs clearance scenarios 5. Fluent in Chinese and English, and those who master Southeast Asian languages are preferred.
