Analyze the shortcomings of image/video enhancement and encoding and decoding algorithms, and propose improvements 3. Responsible for the establishment and optimization of the image/video quality evaluation process 4. Responsible for the enhancement of image/video quality evaluation capabilities and efficiency improvement.

1. Bachelor degree or above in software engineering, electronic engineering, CV, artificial intelligence, multimedia and other related majors 2. Understand the subjective and objective related evaluation standards and evaluation methods of images and videos, and be proficient in using image quality evaluation equipment and software (StreamEye, Imatest, etc.) 3. Understand the basic principles of video super-resolution, frame insertion, HDR, noise reduction and other enhancement algorithms, and those with relevant testing and tuning experience will be given priority 4. Have relevant experience in video encoding and decoding, and be familiar with the video encoding standard H.264/H.265/VVC/VP9 5. Have a good understanding of video encoding standard technology, and be proficient in using FFmpeg 6. Be proficient in C/C++, Java, Python and other languages to write scripts and tools to optimize test efficiency.
