IE Manager (Expatriate to Juarez,Mexico)

Job Description

1. Conduct process optimization and efficiency improvement by analyzing existing processes and proposing improvement plans.
2. Design production line layout and ensure optimized workflow.
3. Assist in capital expenditure analysis to evaluate equipment investment benefits and returns.
4. Participate in the planning and execution of new facility construction to ensure compliance with company requirements and standards.
5. Design drafting to accurately present engineering plans and proposals by AutoCAD.

Requirements

1. At least 3 years of experience in industrial engineering.
2. Familiar with capital expenditure analysis and capable of independently conducting investment benefit evaluations.
3. Experience in facility construction, able to participate in building a factory from the ground up.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD drafting software, capable of independently performing design and planning.
