Key Responsibilities
- Space Planning & Crossfunctional Coordination : Plan office seating layouts, zoning, and traffic flow, and coordinate with departments to align seating and space needs.
- Workplace Experience Support : Design office spaces that enhance collaboration, interaction, and overall employee experience, including meeting rooms and shared areas.
- Office Expansion & Renovation Project Management : Lead office expansion, renovation, and relocation initiatives, including planning, coordination, resource alignment, and onsite execution to ensure seamless delivery.
- Longterm Space Strategy : Work with PMO team to analyze organizational growth and seating forecasts to develop flexible and costefficient longterm space strategies.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with leadership, Facility, SMAI, and other key partners to ensure space plans align with company strategies.
- Continuous Improvement : Review and improve workflows, processes, and spaceusage efficiency, and introduce digital or intelligent tools to enhance efficiency, standardization, and automation.
Requirements
- Strong project coordination and execution skills : Able to manage multiple office expansion or renovation tasks, keep things on schedule, and make sure everyone stays aligned.
- Comfortable using digital or smart tools : Willing to learn and use tools like spaceusage dashboards, seating systems, or simple automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Strong communication and teamwork : Able to work well with different departments and communicate clearly when gathering needs or pushing projects forward.
- Good analytical and problemsolving mindset : Can look at seating data, space usage, or future headcount plans and provide practical, wellthoughtout recommendations.
- Continuous improvement mindset : Proactively spot areas that can be improvedwhether in workflow, communication, or toolsand help make processes smoother.
- Possible work locations : Taichung, Taoyuan, Miaoli, Tainan
