Your main role is to: 1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution: . Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Datacenter and UPS product lines in the Vietnam market. . Identify and target potential customers, including enterprises, government agencies, and other organizations requiring robust ICT solutions. 2. Business Development: . Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and end-users. . Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. . Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote products and solutions. 3. Sales Management: . Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set for the country. . Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management. . Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for both the company and the customer. 4. Product Knowledge and Training: . Develop a deep understanding of the company's Datacenter and UPS products and solutions. . Provide training and support to customers and partners on product features, benefits, and usage. 5. Collaboration and Coordination: . Work closely with the technical and sales support teams to ensure customer requirements are met and post-sales support is provided. . Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns specific to the Vietnam market Who are we looking for Education and Experience: . Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Electrical, Electronics, Automation. A master's degree is a plus. . Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in ICT sales, with a focus on Datacenter and UPS systems. . Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts. Skills and Competencies: . Strong understanding of Datacenter infrastructure, UPS systems, and related ICT solutions. . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. . Proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
