Your key responsibilities:
Working as part of the Capital Markets team, plan and coordinate endtoend execution of client roadshows across global markets.
Arrange logistics for all virtual and inperson roadshows, including investor meetings, group conference calls, and client results calls.
Act as the primary point of contact and maintain close liaison with the deal team and client assistants throughout the roadshow lifecycle.
Own and maintain the roadshow schedule template, managing all updates and changes as the roadshow progresses.
For inperson roadshows, manage all logistical requirements including: a) Travel, accommodation, and ground transportation b) Venue sourcing, catering, hostess staffing, audiovisual requirements, and dialins c) Coordination and timely delivery of presentation materials
For virtual roadshows, manage all technical logistics, including 1x1 and small group meetings conducted via Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom
Assist the deal team in setting up and managing data rooms, including coordinating any required roadshow presentation recording sessions.
Prepare and distribute postevent reports, including call participant lists and physical attendance records for inperson events.
Manage all roadshow expenses postevent, ensuring timely and accurate client billing and reimbursement to the Bank
Your skills and experience:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience coordinating roadshows, ideally within a toptier investment bank or financial institution.
Strong understanding of client expectations and the complexities of coordinating roadshows across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the US.
Highly motivated, selfdriven, and able to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with internal stakeholders and clients.
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and problemsolving capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
