Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. Design and Technology Platform (DTP) provides differentiated and world-leading design solutions to enable the implementation of System on Chip (SoC) for leading AI/HPC, communication, automotive, and IoT applications on TSMC's diverse silicon and packaging technology platform. We work with the world's leading SoC design teams and ecosystem experts to promote industry-leading process design kits (PDKs) and reusable design blocks for the semiconductor intellectual property core (IP), including standard cell libraries, embedded memory, general-purpose input/output (GPIO), simulation and interface IP, as well as electronic design automation (EDA) tools and design flows for monolithic SoCs and heterogeneous 3DICs. This allows us to accelerate the process of transforming innovation into silicon chips and creating revolutionary changes in daily life!
Job Responsibilities:
1. Administer systems for IT system and ultra large scale High-Performance Computing farm in the Cloud and On-Premises.
2. Assist users to resolve problems during operating IT systems.
3. Support internal/external users, including customers and partners.
4. Design environment operation including Linux cluster, virtualization environment, EDA tools/license service, high-speed NAS storage administration and Cloud computing.
5. Optimize the EDA Job scheduler and continuously improve design productivity.
6. Implement and manage security infrastructure.
7. Survey and implement new technologies.
Job Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any other related fields.
2. 3+ years of Linux OS administration and storage management experience.
3. Python, Perl and shell programming skills.
4. EDA and cloud environment management experience are preferred.
5. Strong project management, communications, and organization skills.
6. Self-motivated, integrity, and result-oriented personality.
7. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
