Position:

HR Specialist HR Operations (Service Delivery, Process & Tools, Project Management)

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing multiple HR processes and supporting the HR team across all HR service categories, with a primary focus on Payroll & Benefit and Employee Life Cycle Service Delivery (for example payroll & benefit administration, onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, reporting, and metrics).
  • Owning and executing specific HR systems, processes, and tools, with emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions.
  • Supporting and coordinating HR operations projects and initiatives to improve and simplify HR processes and tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Payroll & Benefit and Employee Life Cycle Service Delivery

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll & benefits process, 100% align both local and global compliance.
  • Respond to employee and HR service ticket requests across HR service categories.
  • Perform direct entry and processing of HR transactions in HR systems
  • Manage escalations, complex questions, and service issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Provide coverage and support to HR and business stakeholders as needed, maintaining high data integrity.
  • Execute strong working relationships with internal customers and suppliers to deliver Best in Class HR services.

2. HR Processes, Systems & Tools

  • Own and manage one or multiple HR processes, systems, and/or tools, including the enterprise standards associated with their usage.
  • Ensure consistent, compliant, and effective use of assigned processes and tools within the scope (global, regional, business, or country).
  • Identify and resolve operational issues related to HR processes and tools within established procedures.
  • Support and drive continuous improvement activities for processes and tools to improve efficiency, user experience, and quality.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to implement updates or enhancements to HR systems and processes.

3. HR Operations Project Management

  • Manage or support projects that enable HR Shared Services such as simplifying existing HR processes, systems, and tools, participating in compensation and benefits projects such as annual compensation cycles, salary structure updates, benefits program changes, and related process/tool enhancements
  • Help coordinate and manage relevant project tools, processes, timelines, and deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • Basic experience in Human Resources and HR Operations with exposure to Payroll & Benefit and Employee Life Cycle Service Delivery, and preferably also HR Operations Process & Tools and/or Project Management.
  • Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs and initiatives.
