Human Resources Operations Specialist

Role: Candidate Engagement & Onboarding Specialist

Experience : 5-7years

Location: Taipei City, Taiwan

We are looking for a Candidate Engagement & Onboarding Specialist to join our HR Operations team in Taiwan.

This role will manage the end-to-end candidate engagement, documentation, verification, induction, and onboarding lifecycle, while ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for new joiners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidate documentation, verification and pre-joining activities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and employee record activation

• Conduct in-person and virtual induction sessions, including for senior leaders

• Coordinate with Recruiters, HR, Payroll, BGV, Immigration, Administration, Security and regional teams

• Resolve onboarding issues, documentation gaps and system/process exceptions

• Maintain onboarding trackers, reports and operational metrics

• Prepare presentations and induction materials using PowerPoint

• Use Excel for tracking, reporting and analysis

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Experience in HR Operations / Candidate Engagement / Onboarding / Talent Engagement

Excellent English communication – Mandatory

Excellent Mandarin communication – Mandatory

Mandarin reading, writing and speaking skills are required

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills

Excellent attention to detail and process orientation

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
