About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to drive our global talent strategy. As the HR manager, you will work closely with leadership to recruit, retain, and develop employees who embody our passion for excellence. Your role is pivotal in shaping a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and high performance across our international branches. Your mission is to help us build world-class organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Industry-Specific Headhunting:Proactively map the global fitness industry. Identify and recruit A-Players who have specific expertise in commercial equipment
- Partner with the CEO to identify skill gaps. You will lead the Talent Acquisition initiative, replacing or supplementing current roles with specialized experts who can take our new product lines to market.
- Change Management:Act as a sounding board for the CEO. Translate the company's vision into a workforce plan that supports aggressive global growth.
- Global Synergy:Bridge the gap between the HQ and our susidiaries teams in to ensure a unified high-performance culture.
- Craft a narrative that makes Intenza the most attractive destination for fitness industry veterans worldwide.
The Ideal Profile
- The Industry Insider:You likely come from a background in Executive Search or have handled Talent Acquisition for a global premium brand (Fitness, Lifestyle or Luxury Goods).
- The Headhunter Mindset:You don't wait for CVs to arrive. You are resourceful, networked, and know how to pitch a vision to passive candidates.
- The Change Agent:You have experience in elevating teams. moving an organization from a generalist skill set to a high-spec, specialist skill set.
- Bilingual & Culturally Agile:Based in Taiwan, but able to communicate fluently with and evaluate talent in the US and European markets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in HR/Recruitment, with at least 23 years in anExecutive Search or Recruitment Agencyenvironment
- Experience in the fitness industry or high-end hardware/manufacturing is a significant advantage.
- A track record of helping a company scale from a medium enterprise to a global brand, specifically during a product portfolio expansion.
- Expert-level ability to use LinkedIn Recruiter, industry forums, and trade networks to build a pipeline of industry veterans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Organizational Psychology.
