- Promote a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts fairly.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
- Performance Management
- Implement appraisal systems and monitor employee performance.
- Provide coaching and feedback to staff and department heads.
- Policy & Compliance
- Draft and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Manage payroll, benefits, and salary structures in line with market standards.
- Recommend competitive compensation packages to retain talent.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR management, preferably in hospitality.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of labor laws, conflict resolution, and training program development.
- Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus in international hotel settings.
