Summary

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and oversee onboarding processes.
  • Training & Development
    • Design and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and service quality.
    • Support career development and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations
    • Promote a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts fairly.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
  • Performance Management
    • Implement appraisal systems and monitor employee performance.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff and department heads.
  • Policy & Compliance
    • Draft and enforce HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits
    • Manage payroll, benefits, and salary structures in line with market standards.
    • Recommend competitive compensation packages to retain talent.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR management, preferably in hospitality.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of labor laws, conflict resolution, and training program development.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus in international hotel settings.
