Due to strong growth achieved over the past few years, they are seeking their first dedicated HR professional (circa. $90k annual base) to build and shape the people function. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a small, trust-based environment and wants to play a pivotal role in scaling a sophisticated investment team.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be the sole HR practitioner responsible for establishing foundational HR practices while supporting the continued growth of the team. This is an ideal role for a versatile HR generalist who enjoys wearing multiple hats and building scalable systems in a confidential setting.
