Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for overall company recruitment strategies, manpower planning and attrition.
Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment for office and retail positions including posting of advertisement, short listing, interview arrangement, conducting interviews, application of work passes, setting up of employee personal file, manpower allocation etc,.
Develop, implement and improve HR processes, company policies and procedures including employment terms and benefits.
Responsible for staff costs including managing of budgets, analysis, preparation of reports and working with business units to manage the staff costs.
Oversee for compensation and benefits including salary bench mark, commission / incentives policies, staff benefits, legal compliance, employee insurance, work injury compensation etc.
Manage for performance and talent management including career planning, staff development, performance appraisal, succession planning etc.
Constantly improve employee relations, engagement and performance as a critical people strategy to achieve organizational goals.
Supervise office and retail outlet administration including retail and employee insurance, uniform, stationeries, office maintenance etc,.
Handle grievances and provides recommendations on employees related matters including exit interview, termination, counseling, demotion etc,.
Tax planning and administration for local and overseas employees.
Work closely with regional offices to ensure alignment with group HR policies and initiatives.

Requirement

Possess HR qualification / degree from a recognized university.
At least 6 years of working experience in a related field with at least 3 years in the managerial capacity.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point applications.
Strong leadership skills, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Pleasant personality and able to work well with people at all levels.
Self-driven and can work independently.
Knowledge in Employment Act and Labour Laws.
Proficient in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies ,excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Detail-oriented, numerically accurate, and capable of multitasking in a team environment.
Efficient time management and proactive learning attitude.
Fun, vibrant & outgoing personality with great personal style.
Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry.
