Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Assist headquarters and various overseas regions with:

  • Planning and execution of leadership & soft skills training programs and materials, and serving as instructor for some courses
  • Promoting and implementing organizational values and culture
  • Designing and implementing talent development initiatives such as succession planning, individual development plans, and performance management systems
  • Clarifying roles and drafting/revising job descriptions based on competency frameworks
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Planning and mentoring for internship programs
  • Other key HR tasks to support organizational growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 7+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
