Assist headquarters and various overseas regions with:
- Planning and execution of leadership & soft skills training programs and materials, and serving as instructor for some courses
- Promoting and implementing organizational values and culture
- Designing and implementing talent development initiatives such as succession planning, individual development plans, and performance management systems
- Clarifying roles and drafting/revising job descriptions based on competency frameworks
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Planning and mentoring for internship programs
- Other key HR tasks to support organizational growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 7+ years experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
