We're hiring an execution-driven HR / People Operations professional to help build a healthy, high-performing team as ABConvert scales toward its next growth phase.
ABConvert is on a mission to revolutionize the world through experimentation. Starting with e-commerce, we help Shopify brands boost profits with seamless A/B testing. As we grow, we need someone to own people operations end-to-end and build simple, scalable systems that support speed without bureaucracy.
What You'll Own
- Day-to-day HR operations: hiring coordination, onboarding, payroll, contracts, offboarding
- Clear and well-documented HR policies, processes, and internal guidelines
- Performance review, bonus, and compensation operations
- Coordination with the CEO and team leads on hiring and people needs
- Basic labor compliance and operational hygiene for a hybrid team
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, or Operations
- Experience supporting small teams or startups
- Strong execution skills and high attention to detail
- Clear written communication and documentation habits
- Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-moving environment
Bonus Points
- Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams
- Experience in tech startups or SaaS companies
AI-Native Expextations
- Proficient in using modern AI tools in daily work (research, documentation, communication, hiring ops)
- Able to write clear, structured prompts to get reliable, high-quality outputs from AI tools
- Maintains well-structured context and documentation usable by both humans and AI
- Continuously adopts AI-powered workflows to improve speed and operational efficiency

Compensation
- Salary: NTD 800k1.2M (commensurate with experience and impact)
- Performance: Compensation reviewed periodically based on impact
- Equity: ESOP may be granted based on performance and company policy
