Human Resources Internship - Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui

What you will do:

• Assist human resources personnel with daily operational support.
• Provide support in organizing and coordinating training sessions and development programs.
• Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Facilitate effective communication across different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases for accuracy and compliance.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes as required.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal events.

What you should have:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Hospitality, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and hospitality industry.
• Good administrative and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Able to handle repetitive and tedious tasks with professionalism and patience.
• Effective communication skills inEnglish & Cantonese are required, both written and spoken knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural workplace.
