Role Overview: The HR Intern will support the Talent Acquisition and HR team in executing a seamless recruitment process, focusing on candidate experience, and HR administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Experience & Reception: Greet onsite candidates, manage interview room logistics, and assist with identity verification in compliance with Global Policy.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interview calendars for candidates and hiring managers across various departments and time zones.
- Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Assist in identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn and job boards, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Onboarding & Admin: Support the preparation of employment documents, data entry for new hire records, and coordinate Day 1 onboarding logistics.
- Data Support: Assist in tracking key recruitment metrics (e.g., Time-to-hire, source tracking) to ensure data accuracy in HR reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (HR, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
- Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms.
- Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
Requirements & Compensation
- Availability: At least 3 days per week onsite (during standard business hours).
- Compensation: Paid on an hourly basis.
