Job Responsibilities:
- Address all inquiries related to labor laws from clients promptly and accurately.
- Prepare employment contracts and offer letters for new hires.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, including assisting employees in registering tax IDs and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Assist in company business permit, company statutory registration or employee insurance application if needed.
- Manage monthly payroll processing and generate payslips for employees.
- Assist in foreign employees of work visa application.
- Handle recruitment service depends on client request.
- Compile and report tax information as required.
- Assist in employee offboarding procedures.
- Prepare the invoice to the client like work visa, monthly payroll, set up fee invoices.
- Others job tasks will be assigned by boss.

Key Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Taiwan HR field, be well-versed in payroll and labor laws
- Fluent in both written and spoken in English , with exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Familiarity with Financing and/or HR functions is considered a valuable asset (optional but preferred).
- Highly self-driven and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
