Purpose of the Position
Accelerate the development of HR Shared Service and focus on integrating and automize deliver and expanding the service beyond the existing transactional process. Through the goal of standardization, automation and integration of the processes that already have economies of scale, to make the customer experience more efficient and intelligent.
Provide services to country HR partners and assist in increasing the self-service efficiency to HR users. Focus on data-driven human resources management transition, aim to provide valuable data to help stakeholders improve the overall effectiveness of HR management.
Role and Responsibility
- In charge of answering country level HR partners reported issues and coach CHR to deliver an accurate and timely service to managers to ensure the efficiency of HR operation and program are all in optimization.
- Remodel transactional service delivery through more of the removing duplication, unnecessary steps/checks and define respective roles and responsibilities with greater clarity; act as liaison between HRBP with CoE /Share Service Center to ensure that internal process refine are all streamlined on areas of Organization & Workforce, Payroll Mgmt., Recruitment, HRIS...etc.).
- Work with HRBP to define process and operations for data transaction and filing requirements procedures to ensure accurate data collection, retrieval as well as legal compliance for the completion of new program implementation.
- Analyze HR processes and make recommendations for improvements via the use of technology; oversee the specifications, development and implementation of new or redesigned systems, tools, reports, and procedures to ensure efficient business processes.
- With service-oriented mindset within Share Service Center to ensure adherence to service agreements and delivery of an exceptional experience to internal customers at all levels
