Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Executive to support our growing regional business. This role provides broad exposure across HR Operations, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and HR Projects, working closely with the Head of HR and business leaders across multiple countries.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to develop into a well-rounded HR professional.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Prepare employment-related documentation including employment contracts, confirmation, promotion and other HR letters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate probation, confirmation and performance review administration.

Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR enquiries.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Assist with employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication and offer administration.
  • Work with hiring managers to support hiring across multiple functions and countries.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a positive candidate experience.

HR Projects & Compliance

  • Support implementation of HR policies, processes and best practices.
  • Assist with HR reporting, analytics and documentation.
  • Participate in regional HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Support compliance with employment legislation and internal governance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of HR generalist experience preferred.
  • Experience in HR operations and another function is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
