Job Description

We are looking for a HR Executive to support the full spectrum of HR operations, with hands-on exposure to payroll administration, training framework support, HR systems, and employee lifecycle activities. This role is suitable for Diploma holders, fresh graduates, or candidates with some HR experience who are keen to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

1) Payroll & HR Administration (Including Work Pass Matters)

  • Assist in monthly payroll processing, including attendance verification, leave tracking, and payroll data accuracy
  • Maintain payroll records and support coordination with payroll vendors where applicable
  • Support Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and tracking of validity
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in the HRMS
  • Ensure compliance with basic statutory and administrative requirements

2) Training Framework, Content & Course Curation

  • Support the training framework, including structure, processes, and documentation
  • Assist in On-the-Job Training (OJT) development, tracking, and administration
  • Consolidate and organise training content, materials, and learning resources across departments
  • Support course curation, including compiling relevant internal and external training programs aligned with skills development needs
  • Maintain training records, skills matrices, and training reports
  • Assist with training coordination, scheduling, attendance tracking, and training-related claims or submissions

3) HR Operations (Full Spectrum Support)

  • Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits
  • Prepare HR letters and standard employment documentation
  • Handle employee HR queries and provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Assist with HR policies, procedures, and internal communications

4) HR Systems (HRMS)

  • Perform daily HRMS administration, including employee data updates, leave management, and reporting
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR data

5) Coordination & Planning

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on HR, training, and administrative matters
  • Support HR initiatives, projects, and ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant HR experience will be considered
  • Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable with administrative and operational work
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRMS exposure is an advantage
  • Willingness to learn payroll processes, training administration, and full-spectrum HR operations
