Role Description

The Human Resources Director will oversee and lead the HR department, focusing on implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing performance management strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taipei, requiring strong leadership abilities to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. The role involves collaborating with leadership teams, managing HR staff, and cultivating an inclusive and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources management, including employee lifecycle processes and organizational development
  • Thorough knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations to foster a positive and productive workplace
  • Experience with Performance Management systems and practices to drive employee engagement and accountability
  • In-depth understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Proven track record of strategic HR planning and execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
  • Prior experience in an international or multicultural work environment is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal) is required
