Role Description This full-time Human Resources Business Partner role is an on-site position based in Neihu District. The role involves partnering with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Daily responsibilities include advising on HR policies, managing employee relations cases, supporting performance management cycles, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment regulations. The Human Resources Business Partner will facilitate HR processes such as onboarding, employee engagement programs, and change management initiatives, while analyzing HR data to recommend improvements. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement HR projects and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with the ability to interpret and apply company guidelines in day-to-day operations.
- Experience in Employee Relations, including handling employee concerns, conflict resolution, and fostering a respectful work environment.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, ensuring HR practices meet local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Performance Management, including facilitating reviews, coaching managers, and supporting development plans.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
- Strong communication, consultation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, analyze HR data, and use HRIS tools effectively.
- Experience in a business partner or HR generalist role, preferably in a dynamic or growth-oriented environment.
