Job Description

We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team.

In this role, you'll start from Talent Acquisition and talent market insights, and gradually expand your impact into hiring strategy, cross-functional collaboration, employer branding, and HR initiatives.

You'll work closely with GMs and Team Leaders, acting as a key partner who connects talent, teams, and organizational growth.

What You'll Do:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes (from hiring needs alignment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination to offer communication)
  • Partner with Team Leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
  • Enhance candidate experience and optimize recruitment processes
  • Mentor junior TAs and lead selected hiring projects or key positions

People Partnering

  • Act as a bridge between HR and business teams
  • Support and drive HR initiatives and organizational topics
  • Develop strong business acumen and organizational understanding

Marketing & Employer Branding

  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn, job platforms, etc.)
  • Contribute to employer branding strategy and talent positioning
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen company visibility and attractiveness

People Engagement & Internal Events

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and culture initiatives
  • Enhance employee experience and team cohesion
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve internal communication

Who We're Looking For:

  • Strong interest in Recruitment / HRBP / People & Culture, with a clear intention to grow into an HRBP role
  • At least 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Strong Mandarin & English communication skills (able to use in real work scenarios)
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Curious and sensitive to talent market trends, organizational culture, and employer branding
  • Logical, proactive, and able to drive outcomes in ambiguous environments

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in headhunting / recruitment consulting
  • Experience in content creation, social media, or employer branding
