Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business units to understand their needs and develop corresponding HR strategies.
- Provide professional HR advice to support organizational adjustments and workforce optimization.
- Drive and implement organizational change initiatives, talent development programs, and cultural initiatives.
- Design and execute performance management systems to ensure fairness and effectiveness in evaluations.
- Assist in formulating and optimizing compensation and incentive policies to maintain market competitiveness and motivate employees.
- Leverage HR data analytics (e.g., turnover rates, performance metrics) to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR tasks.
- Language Skills: Mandarin(Spoken & Written), English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
