Position Impact

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Gogoro, you will serve as a strategic partner to the organization. From talent acquisition, onboarding, and development to retention and offboarding, you will continuously support the growth of business units. Leveraging sharp insights and data-driven analysis, you will provide forward-looking recommendations to help the company stay agile and resilient in a rapidly changing market. You will also collaborate closely with business leaders to shape effective leadership practices, foster a healthy organizational culture, and drive critical people initiatives that deliver measurable value to both business performance and employee experience.

Responsibilities

  1. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by providing forward-looking perspectives and solutions on workforce and organizational development.
  2. Lead recruitment and staffing activities; drive HR initiatives such as performance management, talent development, and organizational changes.
  3. Utilize data analysis to gain organizational insights and provide actionable recommendations to support workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
  4. Partner with managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and team management practices, promoting a positive and high-performing culture.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and implement strategies for onboarding, development, engagement, and retention to build workforce stability and enhance employee satisfaction.
  6. Proactively manage employee relations, facilitate communication, and resolve conflicts to foster an open and transparent workplace environment.

Qualifications

  1. Well-rounded HR experience across areas such as recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, organizational design, and employee relations.
  2. Prior experience working as an HRBP or HR consultant supporting business leaders in developing HR strategies is highly preferred.
  3. Strong project management skills with proven ability to integrate cross-functional resources and ensure execution excellence.
  4. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; ability to translate insights into actionable solutions.
  5. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across departments and levels.
  6. Passionate about people and organizational development, with the resilience to embrace challenges and drive change.
  7. Skilled in conflict management and problem-solving, with the ability to independently handle complex issues.
