We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner professional in Taipei, Taiwan to partner closely with business leaders, drive people initiatives, and lead end-to-end recruitment activities to support organizational growth and workforce effectiveness. What you'll be doing
The HR Business Partner professional will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters while driving full-cycle recruitment activities across functions.
This role will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, and talent acquisition. The successful candidate will bring a strong corporate HR background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate within a dynamic multinational environment.
Human Resources Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and workforce requirements.
- Provide professional HR advice and support on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support workforce planning initiatives and organizational design discussions.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with business objectives and local labor regulations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee lifecycle management.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future business needs.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including direct sourcing, social platforms, referrals, and external partners.
- Ensure a positive candidate's experience throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Management & Employee Development
- Support performance management processes and annual talent review activities.
- Identify learning and development opportunities to enhance employee capability.
- Partner with managers to develop retention and succession planning strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR processes are executed effectively and in compliance with company policies and local employment legislation.
- Support employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.
- Collaborate with regional and local HR teams to implement HR programs and initiatives.
Stakeholder Management & HR Projects
- Work closely with regional HR teams and business stakeholders on HR initiatives and transformation projects.
- Support process improvement and HR digitalization efforts.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction programs.
- Participate in HR-related projects that drive operational excellence and employee experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4-5 years of HR Business Partner experience within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Experience working in multinational corporations (MNCs) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and talent management.
- Experience partnering with business leaders and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HR systems and reporting tools is advantageous.
- Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English are required.
