Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Support full spectrum of administration support to the L&D team, including logistics, preparation of training materials, and on-site support during training sessions, etc.

  • Assist the implementation and execution of Training and Development initiatives to support employee career growth

  • Liaise with internal parties/external consultants to assist smooth running of all training courses

  • Maintain the online training platform and data input in HRIS for accurate training record

  • Prepare regular training reports and keep training records

  • Organize various staff activities and events to foster strong employee engagement and a sense of belonging across all levels

  • Undertake any other miscellaneous duties as may be required to support the L&D function

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline

  • 1-2 years relevant experience fresh graduates are also welcomed

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS or learning management systems

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
