Support full spectrum of administration support to the L&D team, including logistics, preparation of training materials, and on-site support during training sessions, etc.
Assist the implementation and execution of Training and Development initiatives to support employee career growth
Liaise with internal parties/external consultants to assist smooth running of all training courses
Maintain the online training platform and data input in HRIS for accurate training record
Prepare regular training reports and keep training records
Organize various staff activities and events to foster strong employee engagement and a sense of belonging across all levels
Undertake any other miscellaneous duties as may be required to support the L&D function
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
1-2 years relevant experience fresh graduates are also welcomed
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS or learning management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
