Job Description

Purpose of the Position

Serves as an expert to plan and support the global solution of HR systems toward efficiency and intelligence. As a technical point of contact for information systems supporting HRBP in process improvement and automation planning and operations, and has a primary focus on implementation, supporting and maintenance of the HR Information Management System.

By giving full play to professional and project management capabilities, and through good communication and coordination with stakeholders, to play as a key role to turn process into deliverable actions that contribute to HR management.

Role and Responsibility

  • Integrate the needs of stakeholders(CoE / BP / HRIS / MIS), and put forward in the direction of standardization, integration, modularization, and intelligence.
  • Through project management, communication and coordination skills to streamline the automation and self-service of HR operation as scheduled with high quality. Thereby improving system performance, customer experience and satisfaction.
  • In order to make the HR process more intelligent through HR systems, this role needs to give full play to HRIS professionalism, keep up with updated technical knowledge, be familiar with HR operations and activities, organization related guidelines and policies, and have a good interaction with stakeholders, and provide complete system requirements evaluation. (ex, optimizingsystem architecture/data flow, debug, ... etc.)
  • Participate in HR related projects with the goal of having a deeper understanding of cross function HR operation so as to perform each flow and process with better efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with HRIS/MIS team in the automation implementation, testing and training for new HR flow and process.
  • Generate and streamline monthly or Quarterly report for management status review.

  • Excellent process skills, documentation and in-depth analytical skills
  • Excellent in cross-company organization design and management
  • Multiple HR disciplines (compensation, benefits, learning and development, mobility, staffing, HRIS)
  • HRIS management and HR System Implementation
  • Processes refine, training material and technology for standardization
  • Good in English communication ability
  • 2Y+ HR operation mgmt. experience
  • International communication experience
  • Project Planning and execution
  • Working with continuous improvement methodology
