Job Description
This role supports the organisation's capability development agenda by implementing and managing HR development initiatives including learning and development programmes, engagement activities, and core HR management processes.
Responsibilities
- Training: Support the end‑to‑end L&D cycle including programme curation, vendor sourcing, enrolment, and post‑programme evaluation.
- Competency Development: Support the implementation of capability development (i.e. competency development) initiatives.
- Staff Induction: Support staff induction/onboarding.
- Engagement: Support employee engagement events (e.g. townhalls), including the design, communications and operations.
- HR Ops: Undertake any other ad-hoc HR duties or projects as assigned, contributing flexibly and adaptively to the broader goals of the HR department to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience with Workday, competency development, and collateral design (e.g. Canva) would be advantageous.
- Good stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Excellent coordination and project management skills to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Contract Duration: 1 year (immediate start)
Working Arrangement:
Mondays to Fridays: 8.30 am to 6.00pm
Salary: $3,500 to $5,000 (depending on experience)
