Global Mobility Strategy Planning & Execution: Develop and optimize global mobility frameworks aligned with international standards while complying with local regulations and practices. Scope includes expatriate policies, compensation & benefits, taxation, and compliance to support talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
Cross-border HR Collaboration: Partner closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) across regions to understand local business and organizational needs. Provide tailored talent mobility solutions and assignment recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
End-to-End Assignment Management: Manage the full lifecycle of international assignments, including pre-assignment evaluation, deployment, ongoing assignment management, and repatriation. Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure a seamless employee experience and effective policy implementation.
Process Improvement & Project Management: Continuously review existing policies and processes, and drive digitalization and efficiency improvement initiatives to enhance overall global mobility effectiveness.
[Job Requirements]
Minimum 3 years of experience in global mobility (expatriate program planning and execution)
Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a full-function HR role is a plus
Experience in multinational corporations or large-scale organizations is preferred
