Job Description

Job Description:

  • Provide support to Location Managers and Country HR teams in implementing HR strategies
  • Collaborate with Country HR teams to ensure alignment with global HR policies and local labor regulations
  • Support manpower planning reviews and preparation of HR reports
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and background checks
  • Assist in regional employer branding initiatives
  • Support employee engagement surveys and focus group discussions
  • Contribute to change management and organizational development initiatives
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and provide basic counselling support
  • Support annual performance appraisal processes, including salary reviews, promotion exercises, and job levelling activities
  • Coordinate learning and development programs, training sessions, and other development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or any related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Human Resources role.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
