Organizational Structure Planning: Collaborate with various functions from a group headquarters perspective to review organizational design and workforce structure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Workforce and Cost Analysis: Integrate data on headcount, workforce structure, and expenses to conduct labor cost analysis and scenario simulations. Strengthen the monitoring of workforce budgets and actual expenses, provide decision-making support, and propose comprehensive solutions.
Organizational Management Execution: Support organizational governance and implementation, including managing organizational changes, facilitating performance review meetings, and collaborating with relevant units to ensure process consistency.
[Job Requirements]
At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a large organization.
Experience in project management or organizational/budget/compensation management is a strong advantage.
