Responsibilities
1. Use human factors engineering, ergonomics and other research methods to optimize the design of AR smart glasses and improve user experience, focusing on wearing comfort, crowd adaptability, interactive usability, etc. 2. Establish human factors evaluation methods, design evaluation plans, carry out testing and evaluation of various wearing experience issues of smart glasses, and optimize the overall experience 3. Focus on key experience issues, carry out special research projects on human factors, accumulate core human factors results, and establish core human factors technical capabilities 4. Summarize human factors-related technical documents and establish company human factors-related technical specifications and standards.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, majors in human factors engineering, ergonomics, industrial design, mechanical design, etc. are preferred, and those with working experience in smart glasses wearable products are preferred 2. Proficient in human factors design theory, human factors experimental methods, various experience testing methods, and user data statistical processing methods 3. Have in-depth research on issues related to the comfort of wearable products, and have clear underlying logic and corresponding technical capability framework 4. Be able to adapt to business trips, have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, have multi-threaded working ability and excellent project management skills.
