HRIS Project Senior Engineer

Join BizLink's Global HRIS Project and be part of a global digital transformation initiative that is redefining Human Resources across multiple countries.

You will work with leading cloud technologies including Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, collaborate with global HR, ISIT, and business stakeholders, and help deliver enterprise-wide HR solutions for a multinational organization.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global HR transformation, cloud solutions, system integration, and enterprise project delivery.

1. Participate in the implementation and rollout of the Global HRIS Project.

2. Configure, support, and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions.

3. Work with global HR,ISIT, and business teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

4. Support data migration, system integration, testing, and deployment activities.

5. Collaborate with external consulting partners and cloud solution providers.

6. Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvements.

7. Contribute to global HR digital transformation initiatives and continuous system optimization.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, HRIS, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience in HRIS, ERP, Cloud Applications, or enterprise systems.

* Experience participating in implementation or enhancement projects.

* Strong analytical and communication skills.

* Good English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or other Cloud HCM platforms.

* Experience in global or regional HR transformation projects.

* Knowledge of HCM business processes (Core HR, Learning, Talent, Performance, Payroll Integration).

* Experience working with APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.

* Experience working in multinational organizations or global project teams.
