- Succession Planning & Talent Pipeline — Establish a structured succession planning framework, conduct regular talent reviews, and ensure readiness of high‑potential employees for critical roles.
- Recruitment & Workforce Planning — Oversee recruitment strategies for production, quality, R&D, supply chain, and commercial teams; ensure staffing levels meet operational needs.
- Compensation & Benefits — Develop competitive compensation structures and incentive programs tailored to the food industry's operational and regulatory demands.
- Training & Development — Build capability through leadership development, technical training, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Employee Relations & Compliance — Ensure compliance with labor laws, food industry regulations, and workplace safety standards; maintain a positive and productive work environment.
