Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HRBP to support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, and office administration in Taiwan. This role will work closely with regional HR and business teams to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management, office operations, and local compliance support.

The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and willing to grow in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes for local hiring needs
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage job postings and recruitment channels
  • Assist with offer preparation and onboarding arrangements
  • Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports

2. HR Operations

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR system updates
  • Coordinate employment contracts and related HR paperwork
  • Support local labor compliance and internal HR policies
  • Provide daily HR support to employees and managers

3. Office Administration & Operations

  • Manage office daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and facility management
  • Support meeting arrangements, company events, and employee activities
  • Assist with office budgeting and expense tracking
  • Ensure smooth workplace operations and employee experience

4. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with regional HR, Admin, IT, Finance, and business teams
  • Support regional projects and operational initiatives
  • Assist in improving HR and administrative processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 2–4 years of HR, recruitment, admin, or office operations experience
  • Familiar with Taiwan labor regulations is a plus
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented and responsible
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Chinese fluency required; English communication ability preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology or multinational companies
  • Experience using HRIS or recruitment systems
  • Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
