Responsibilities
1. Support the ByteDance life service team, understand the business status and team operation status, understand the business goals, and provide relevant manpower solutions that meet the needs of the business team 2. Execute the recruitment, corporate culture, training and other human resources work of the supported departments, and assist the business departments to improve organizational performance 3. Combine the company's talent and organizational development framework, clarify competency quality models, design personnel growth paths and personnel training plans, effectively formulate and implement talent development plans and follow up on implementation 4. Provide support for team development, apply professional theories, methods, and tools to provide business teams with comprehensive solutions, including recruitment, training, performance, employee relations and other human resources work 5. Promote the construction and implementation of corporate culture of business teams.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of human resources work experience 2. It is better to have HRBP work experience in an IT/media company 3. Understand the basic work of each module of human resources, and have experience in setting up and implementing performance, employee training systems 4. Strong self-motivation, good at thinking and research, serious and responsible, and able to adapt to the company's rapidly developing work rhythm.
