1. 1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of HRBP work experience 2. More than 3 years of team management ability and high maturity 3. Understand the basic work of each module of human resources, and have practical experience in recruitment, training, performance, etc. 4. Familiar with relevant national human resources policies, laws and regulations 5. Self-driven, strong thinking, and able to adapt to the company's rapidly developing work rhythm.
