  • Job responsibilities:

  • 1. Responsible for the HRBP work of R&D-oriented organizations, and communicate and collaborate effectively with business departments
    2. Assist business departments in organizing talent training, performance appraisal, personnel recruitment, etc.
    3. Targeted Propose effective human resources solutions to the special needs of R&D organizations.

  • Job requirements:

  • 1. Professional skills and knowledge
    1. In-depth understanding of the operating model and characteristics of R&D organizations, and familiarity with the career development and needs of R&D personnel
    2. Proficient in all aspects of human resource management, familiar with training, performance, recruitment, etc.
    3. Fluency in English is preferred.

    1. Have strong communication and coordination skills, and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with leaders, members of the R&D team and other departments

    5. Basic Information Requirements
