Job Description

The position will play a key role in driving capability development, organizational development, and talent enablement initiatives to support the company's business transformation and growth. This role focuses on identifying skill gaps, designing effective development programs, and fostering a high-performance and future-ready organization. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. HR Planning & Strategy/M&A Support . Contribute to annual HR strategy and workforce planning discussions. . Provide data-driven insights and reports on skill readiness, learning effectiveness, and organizational capability trends. . Support HR-related projects such as M&A integration, competency framework development, and career path design. 2.Capability & Skill Development . Conduct company-wide skill gap analyses in collaboration with business leaders and department heads. . Design, implement, and manage employee development programs aligned with business needs and future skill requirements. . Support leadership capability building through structured programs, mentoring, and coaching initiatives. 3. Organizational Development (OD) . Support organizational design and change management initiatives to align with strategic goals. . Facilitate organization diagnosis, employee engagement surveys, and improvement action planning. . Partner with management to implement culture-building and communication initiatives. ________________________________________ Qualifications & Requirements . Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. . 10+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in capability development, organizational development, or talent management. . Strong analytical ability to conduct skill gap and competency analysis. . Excellent communication and facilitation skills in both Japanese and English. . Experience in multinational or matrix organizations preferred. ________________________________________ Key Competencies . Strategic and analytical mindset .
