Join a dynamic HR team where you'll play an important role in initiatives that strengthen employee experience, build a positive workplace culture and support employee retention.

What You'll Be Doing

. Design, implement and evaluate employee wellbeing programmes based on organisational needs
. Coordinate with external vendors for health-related workshops, talks and wellbeing campaigns
. Provide administrative support to the Health & Wellbeing Committee
. Prepare and submit relevant incident reports within stipulated timelines
. Support initiatives to enhance Employee Assistance Programmes
. Plan and execute employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives
. Develop strategies to strengthen employee morale, satisfaction and retention
. Gather and analyse employee feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
. Conduct mental wellness surveys, evaluate outcomes and coordinate follow-up initiatives
. Support broader Talent Management activities including culture development, leadership development, performance management and HR projects
