HR Strategy & ESG Management Specialist

Job description:

1. Drive group-level HR strategy and key transformation initiatives.
2. Lead ESG-S projects, including human rights and employee-related programs, and align with international ESG ratings (e.g., MSCI, DJSI).
3. Monitor global sustainability trends and regulations, and drive policy implementation across the Group.
4. Support global workforce governance, labor relations, and risk management initiatives.

Job Requirements:

1. Solid knowledge of Human Resources management with experience in HR project execution.
2. Strong analytical skills with knowledge of HR metrics and data analysis.
3. Familiarity with ESG-S, global HR practices, and labor regulations.
4. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
5. Business-level English proficiency.
