Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for attendance and leave management.
Conduct onboarding process and maintain accurate new hire records.
Provide support on employee relations issues.
Participant in global HR-related projects.
Other duties or projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor or above in HR, Psychology or relevant field
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with others and exercise patience
Commitment to staying current on the understanding of labor laws
Good command of written English
Proficient in MS Office Excel
