What will you do
Process Improvement & Automation
- Map and analyze current HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, data management) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Leverage AI and digital tools (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot, chatbots) to automate repetitive HR tasks
- Drive change & adoption across stakeholders
People Analytics & Insights
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing HR data (e.g., attrition, hiring metrics, engagement trends)
- Support workforce planning and talent analytics initiatives
- Apply AI tools to derive insights, predictive trends, and data visualization
AI & Digital HR Enablement
- Explore and pilot AI-based solutions to improve HR operations and employee experience
- Support the integration of AI tools in HR processes
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with HR Business Partners and COEs to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Support communication, training, and change management efforts for new tools or processes
What qualifications will make you successful
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics/ Human Resources / equivalent
- Skills/Systems Knowledge:
- Good communication and analytic skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Eagerness to learn and ask questions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Comfortable using technology and adapting to new systems quickly
- Professional communication style and a genuine interest in supporting employee experience
