Job Responsibilities
Job Role
- Analyse product governance gaps, identify strategic opportunities, and design targeted interventions and cadences to reinforce governance across cross-council and multi-entity scopes, in close collaboration with the HR Planning Office, Global HR Internal Control Committee, HR Process Owners, and Product Solution Architects.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product communication and engagement strategy, focusing on key pillars such as the annual product roadmap, quarterly product feature release seminars, localized stakeholder engagement (by council, geography, or entity), and aligning with internal IOTS Product Architects.
- Partner with Strategic Planners, Digital Planners, and Integrated Organization & Talent Solution Division (IOTS) Leadership to leverage the dual forces of product governance and product communication, ensuring alignment with IOTS's core purpose, values, and agile principles.
Hard Skill
- Product Governance & Compliance: Knowledge of designing, implementing, and auditing (product) governance frameworks, standards, and decision-making cadences across complex teams.
- Stakeholder Mapping & Analysis: Ability to conduct structured stakeholder analyses (by geography, entity, or council) to tailor communication and engagement plans.
- Strategic Communications Planning: Experience in building and executing multi-channel communication strategies (e.g., managing roadmaps, newsletter/seminar planning, and executive messaging).

Job Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Master's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Product Delivery for account, Corporate Communications, or HR Governance.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling corporate or functional mechanism or engagement/communication strategies within a complex structure, dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications (Must-to-Haves)
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience working directly with leadership or cross-functional business units, or technical teams (e.g., Solution Architects).
- Communication Strategy Execution: Hands-on experience designing and executing comprehensive communication plans, including organizing large-scale events, release seminars, and managing multi-channel product roadmaps.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability in conducting gap analyses, mapping domain-base workflows, and designing actionable interventions.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Agile Expertise: General understanding of Agile methodologies, HR product lifecycles, and modern release management processes.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working within an HR Tech/Global HR domain (familiarity with HR planning offices, global HR shared services, or HR Infrastructure).
- Certifications: Professional certifications in: (1) Agile/Product: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM). (2) Project Management/Governance: PMP or governance related certifications.
