HR Process Excellence Manager/Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Drive HR Transformation & Employee Experience (EX): Lead group-level process optimization and change management initiatives to streamline operations and elevate employee experience worldwide.
• Global Process Standardization: Establish standardized HR policies and Operating Models that balance global corporate governance with regional operational flexibility.
• Digital HR & AI Integration: Modernize HR operations by integrating HRIS platforms, AI-driven automation, and workforce analytics into daily workflows.
• Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Partner with Business Groups, IT, and regional HR teams to execute strategic programs and ensure seamless rollout.
• Data-Driven Governance: Define process KPIs and operational metrics to build data-informed feedback loops and foster continuous organizational improvement.

What We Are Looking For

• Professional Experience: 3+ years in HR Transformation, Process Improvement, HR Project Management, or People Analytics. Experience within multinational corporations (MNCs) or large-scale enterprises is highly desirable.
• Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written). Ability to articulate complex ideas to global stakeholders clearly.
