Responsibilities:

- Handle Recruitment and Onboarding for new hires.

- Conduct research on modern Talent Management/HR practices.

- Generate content and reports based on research findings.

- Implement new internal processes and practices.

- Promote the Culturelligence brand through social media marketing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects.

- Assist the leadership team in vital company activities/projects.
