We are looking for an experienced HR Operations & Corporate Services Specialist to support our Regional Headquarters in Singapore. This role combines HR operations, employee experience, talent acquisition coordination, executive support and corporate services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for our regional business.
What you will do
- Own employee lifecycle management for Singapore, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, benefits administration, work pass administration, training and employee experience initiatives.
- Govern HR operational processes, including payroll processing and reporting, policies and procedures updating, and service quality monitoring of outsourced HR administration support.
- Manage HRIS operations, including Level 1 support for Success Factor and Unit4 Prosoft, user account administration, workflow support, employee master data maintenance and data quality monitoring.
- Responsible for ISO, compliance and governance requirements audit, maintain standard operating procedures and drive continuous improvement of HR and administrative processes.
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting exercises through preparation and monitoring of HR operations, employee-related and corporate services costs.
- Provide corporate services on facilities management, procurement activities, travel and visitor arrangement, employee engagement events and vendor management for Singapore office.
- Serve as the key coordinator for recruitment activities in Singapore to deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Provide executive support for Executive Leaders, including travel management and senior leadership meeting coordination within APAC region.
What we are looking for
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Around 10 years experience in HR operations, employee administration and corporate services in a MNC environment
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment-related administration
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- High level of discretion when handling confidential matters
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
